Adobe Soundbooth is a digital audio editor Adobe Systems Incorporated production for Mac OS X, Windows Vista and 7. Adobe has described as "SoundEdit 16 and Cool Edit 2000". Adobe also has a more powerful program called Adobe Audition for Windows, but Soundbooth is not intended to replace. This is not aimed at creative professionals who do not specialize in audio or people who need simple editing program and do not require full-featured of Adobe Audition.
Because the Intel-specific code, Adobe has stated that the version of Mac OS X will only be available for machines that use Intel processors. Adobe Soundbooth CS4 is the first version that supports 64-bit officially.
