extract file
Copy and paste Action_by_Marina1987_ (Set_4) _The_smell_of_autumn.atn to C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Adobe Photoshop CS2 \ Presets \ Photoshop Actions

How to Use:

Open Photoshop and then select the image to run the action
Go to the menu right there you will see a navigator, then select the action. if no action menu you can press Alt + F9
Then press the small arrow on the right side of the menu action, you will see a list of available action
Select Action_by_Marina1987_ (Set_4) _The_smell_of_autumn
Then you will see the play button and icon folder action
Press the play button to open the menu tree
You will see there are 3 options, please select one and press the play button section
Just follow the steps if the message dialog appears
